  • Technical Issues: If you encounter a technical issue that prevents you from using the purchased credits, and the issue is not resolved within a reasonable timeframe.
  • Accidental Purchases: If credits were purchased unintentionally, you must contact us within 48 hours of the purchase and ensure that the credits remain unused.
  • Service Disruption: If our services are unavailable or disrupted for an extended period, making it impossible to use the credits.

2. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided under the following circumstances:

  • Purchased credits have been partially or fully used.
  • Change of mind after the credits have been purchased.
  • Issues arising from user negligence, such as account sharing or unauthorized access.

3. Requesting a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  • Provide your account details, purchase receipt, and a detailed explanation of the issue.
  • Our team will review your request and respond within 5-7 business days.

4. Refund Processing

If your refund request is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used during purchase.
  • The processing time may vary depending on your payment provider but typically takes 7-14 business days.

5. Credits Expiration

Purchased credits do not expire unless otherwise stated. However, no refunds will be provided for unused credits unless the conditions in Section 1 are met.
